Contest Prize: The winner will receive a 6-day / 4-night Prague city package including air and land in a 3-star (tourist class) hotel. Package must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to departure and is subject to availability for requested dates. Departure city is limited to the continental United States. Travel is valid between November 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011, Christmas blackout between December 12, 2010 and January 5, 2011. Package is nontransferable and nonsaleable. Once confirmed package is non-changeable and has no cash value, frequent flier mileage may not be accrued. Winner is solely responsible for all airport and security taxes including the September 11th security fee, federal, state and/or local taxes related to the prize they have won.
How to Enter: Your email address is your entry into the contest. All email addresses must be an accurate and valid email address in order to qualify for entry into the drawing. Entries are limited to one per email address. Entries must be received by June 30, 2010 in order to qualify for drawing. All qualified entries will be treated equally. All information provided to Picasso Travel will be the sole and exclusive property of Picasso Travel and will be treated in accordance with Picasso Travel’s privacy policy.
Who may Enter: The contest is open to U.S. Residents over the age of 18 with a valid email address. Employees and agents of Picasso Travel or any affiliate organizations, including advertising and promotional agencies, and any employee’s or agent’s immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter.
Selection of Winner: Entries will be accepted through June 30, 2010. Winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 09, 2010. The winner will be notified via email and will have 10 days from the date they are \ notified to redeem the prize. Failure to redeem the prize within the allotted time will constitute a forfeiture on the part of the winner and the selection of an alternate Winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Rules: By participating in the drawing, each Entrant agrees that Picasso Travel, and its employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives shall not be held responsible for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Winner will be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement in order to claim prize. By accepting the prize, Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be notified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted on online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. The authorized account holder is the person assigned and email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Picasso Travel which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Picasso Travel reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest.
This drawing, and all promotions related thereto, are subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. This contest, and all promotions related thereto, including the interpretation of these Rules and Regulations, are governed according to the laws of the state of California and, by entering the contest, each entrant submits to the jurisdiction of the state of California.
